At Momzio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1️⃣ Return Eligibility Criteria

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags are intact

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Damaged due to misuse

  • Final sale/clearance items


2️⃣ Return Timeframe

You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

After approval, the product must be handed over to the courier within 2–3 days.


3️⃣ Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI

It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


4️⃣ Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective/damaged items

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5️⃣ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
